April 2009 - "PEMA (Portuguese SME for Aerospace Industry) will lead a consortium of 12 portuguese entities (Active Space Technologies, CeNTI, Critical Software, Edisoft, Empordef, TI, Ibermoldes, INEGI, PIEP, Spin.Works, Skysoft and Tekever) established with the aim of developing systems for civil aircraft without pilot (UAVs) in collaboration with Lockheed Martin.
This program scope is associated with the modernization of five P-3C aircraft at the Portuguese Air Force service and represents a total investment of € 10 million, in five years.
