May, 2009 - Last May, CeNTI participated in a Dephotex (Development of Photovoltaic Textiles based on Novel Fibres) meeting with other 14 European entities, in order to discuss current activities and plan the work of the coming months. It was a exciting 2 days meeting and debate among researchers and entrepreneurs from different fields of work.
Additionally, CeNTI will have, July the 2nd, a speech at the European PV Summit about Nanotech based barrier materials for PV - semi-industrial scale approach. Please see more at www.pvsummiteu.com . About CeNTI – Centre for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials CeNTI (www.centi.pt) is a distinct European Research and Development Centre, equipped with cutting-edge technology, and conducting world-class research and development. Based in Portugal, a highly qualified research team works with partners around the world, to develop multicomponent fibres, smart materials and multifunctional coatings. This research will contribute to improve and assess the real performance of materials and products in different areas (e.g. well-being & health, sports, protection, automotive, aeronautic, renewable energy devices…). |
