
CeNTI offers more than a dozen visors to Famalicão school
The Centre for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials donated more than a dozen visors to the Centro Escolar de Antas, in Vila Nova de Famalicão (Portugal).
The delivery of personal protective equipment was intended to help protect against the Covid-19 pandemic and raise society's awareness of environmental sustainability.
The initiative took place within ReShape IT, one project of CeNTI and Lipor, financed by the Open Innovation program of Sociedade Ponto Verde.
Within this project it is being possible to demonstrate the development of new materials, using plastic bottles and caps as raw material, collected by children from several schools.
