CeNTI promotes Webinar focused on the potential of Biotechnology
"Biotechnology at the service of industrial innovation" is the theme of a free Webinar that CeNTI and CEB-UM will hold on February 10, between 2h30 pm and 4h30 pm.
Targeted at researchers, professionals, and entrepreneurs, the online session aims to make known the EcoBioInks4SmartTextiles, an innovative Project by CeNTI and Centro de Engenharia Biológica (CEB) of Minho University (Portugal), which addressed the development of eco-sustainable bio-inks with reversible fluorescent and photo controllable properties, for use in the manufacture of innovative textiles.
In addition to the research challenges and results, the session will analyse the potential of Biotechnology and its impact on the Industry, highlighting the Sustainability aspect. New trends, approaches, and technological solutions will also be discussed and presented.
Besides the Project Promotors, the initiative will include the participation of the companies TINTEX and ACATEL, and the Technological Centre CITEVE.
Registration and event program are available HERE (event will be in Portuguese).
