CeNTI was present at MEDICA and Productronica 2021
Disseminate the best that is done in Portugal in terms of technological innovation for Health and in the field of Electronics was the main objective of CeNTI's participation in MEDICA 2021 and Productronica 2021. The events took place in Germany and brought together worldwide specialists, researchers, and professionals.
The Centre participated in MEDICA together with other Portuguese entities through the Health Cluster Portugal and the Medical Textiles Showcase From Portugal. In the initiative that occurred in Düsseldorf from 15 to 18 November, CeNTI made known several Projects in which it is involved, namely Wear2Heal, Smart-Health-4-All, Hydromask and SenseBreath. Besides being a networking space, MEDICA is also a privileged showcase of current trends, solutions, and innovations focused on the medical field.
At Productronica, in Munich, the Centre also had the opportunity to disseminate one of its Projects in the Smart Systems area. As part of OE-A seminars at the initiative's Innovation Forum, CeNTI presented the IS4SE - Industrial Sensing for Smarter Europe Project. "Hybrid sensors to improve quality control for metalworks industry" was the presentation theme. The most significant international fair on Electronic Development and Production happened from 16 to 19 November.
With its presence at speciality fairs and with important players, CeNTI seeks to disseminate and communicate the Projects and technological solutions that develops, emphasising Portuguese technological innovation. Contributing to the digital transformation of Industry, reinforcing its competitiveness, has been one of the significant commitments of the Centre.
