Portuguese innovation stands out in Europe
From Portugal to Germany and Belgium. CeNTI promoted, at several international events, some of the most recent technological innovations in areas such as Advanced Textiles, Bioeconomy and Health and Well-being. To experts, professionals and researchers, the Centre showcased the results obtained throughout research Projects.
After being at the Portugal Smart Cities Summit in Lisbon (Portugal) in October, CeNTI was, on the 8th and 9th of November, at The Greener Manufacturing Show 2023, Europe's leading event for environmental and sustainable solutions aimed at industrial production. At the initiative, which took place in Cologne (Germany), the Centre disseminated the BIOMAT, Bionanopolys, Fiber4Fiber, NEO4Future, Dust+ and Be@t - Bioeconomy at Textiles Projects.
From November 13th to 16th, the Nanotechnology Centre participated in COMPAMED 2023, one of the most renowned medical technology fairs. In the event, in Düsseldorf (Germany), researchers displayed the SmartHealth4All and SMASUS Projects.
After this, CeNTI was in Ghent, Belgium, in the E-Textiles 2023 Conference. In this global event in Electronic Textiles, the Mobilising Agendas HfPT - Health from Portugal and TEXP@CT - Innovation Pact for the Digitalization of Textiles and Clothing were highlighted.
On November 28th, the Centre will integrate the "From Portugal" space at ISPO 2023 Munich, in Germany, where it will promote the HiPerTwinS, AUGMANITY, ImpacTEX, Wear2Heal and DIF-Jacket Projects. Running until November 30th, ISPO Munich will have the motto "New Perspectives on Sports" and host more than 1600 exhibitors, being currently a privileged space for networking and business opportunities.
December closes the promotion itinerary of disruptive innovations, with CeNTI expected to be present at the Aachen-Dresden-Denkendorf International Textile Conference from November 30th to December 1st in Dresden, and at the Automotive Interiors Expo 2023, from the 5th to the 7th December, in Stuttgart. Both events happen in German cities.
