Sensing Fuel Level in Vehicle Tanks
SFL IP project aims at the internationalization of IP rights regarding SFL (sensing fuel level) technology, developed in the framework of a partnership between CeNTI, CEiiA and the company CRITICAL MATERIALS (CMT). The SFL technology consists on an innovative fuel level reading system based on composite materials with embedded sensors that allows the weight reduction of the fuel measuring systems. These systems are very promising, given the interest and awareness of different industrial sectors to replace metallic components with composite materials.
