CeNTI took Innovation to the Cluster Habitat Sustentável Conference

CeNTI attended the Cluster Habitat Sustentável 2024 Conference, which was held on April 19th in Aveiro (Portugal).

The event’s theme – “Green and Digital Transition” - was the starting point for the Centre to showcase disruptive Projects, solutions and technologies based on emerging principles such as efficiency, circular economy, and digitalisation.

The work carried out by the Centre, which is focused on addressing various Industry challenges, was disseminated through two presentations on “Intelligent and disruptive solutions promoting efficiency, management and comfort in buildings” and “Sustainable recovery of waste and by-products promoting circularity”, as well as three digital posters:
• “Disruptive solutions for intelligent resource management and efficient energy transition”;
• “Sustainable valorisation of waste and by-products promoting circularity”;
• “Intelligent and disruptive solutions promoting comfort and safety in buildings”.

More than 150 participants of Habitat ecosystem, from R&D and others to companies and municipalities, aligned with 4 structuring areas: “Territories and Sustainable Cities”, “Environment and Resource Efficiency”, “Products and Sustainable Solutions” and “Health and Wellbeing in Habitat”, for achieving a better future.

The initiative allowed the Cluster Habitat Sustentável’ associates to publicise and exchange experiences on different solutions they have for responding to current sustainability challenges.
