Researchers take technological innovation to different geographies

CeNTI is a regular presence at reference technology trade fairs and college activities. Since the beginning of the year, it has disseminated the research and development of innovative solutions to leading players from different sectors and academy.

Among the several initiatives, the following stand out:

- Modtissimo (Porto, Portugal): at the 60+3 edition of this prestigious Textile and Clothing Industry trade fair, the ILLIANCE, GIATEX and TEXP@CT Agendas were promoted, as well as the disruptive Projects be@t, STVgoDIGITAL and PAC - Portugal Autocluster for the Future;

- LOPEC 2024 (Munich, Germany): in addition to taking part in the general meeting of the OE-A - Organic and Printed Electronics Association, the NGS - New Generation Storage, HfPT - Health from Portugal, GIATEX and FF2F - From Fossil to Forest Agenda were disseminated at the most significant international event in Printed Electronics field;

- JEC World 2024 (Paris, France): the Composite Materials trade fair unveiled the objectives and technological results of R2U Technologies, be@at, Green4Industry, SRS - Smart Roof Systems and TexBoost Projects;

- Polymers 2024 International Conference (Seville, Spain): through an oral presentation, the SUSTAINABLE PLASTICS Mobilising Agenda was in the spotlight at this event dedicated to news and trends in Polymers area;

- V Physics Engineering Meetings at the University of Aveiro (Aveiro, Portugal): in this edition, CeNTI organised a workshop on Advanced and Intelligent Materials;

- VIII Materials Meetings at the University of Minho (Guimarães, Portugal): in addition to participating in a round table, some demonstrators related to DUST+ and SmarthHealth4All (Bedroom+) Projects were exhibited. Research into the valorisation of materials of natural origin was also presented.

The Centre has left the laboratory to share knowledge and experiences, revealing disruptive technologies made in Portugal and their multiple applications.
