Mobility Agenda for Carbon Neutrality in Cities

Be.Neutral Agenda has the ambition to position Portugal as an exporter of zero-carbon cyber-physical mobility products to cities around the world. It was designed based on the opportunity to develop, industrialize, and operate new mobility products and services (physical devices, connectivity, and data science platforms) with the ability to quantify avoided emissions in real time to accelerate carbon neutrality by 2030.

This Agenda is promoted by a partnership between cities, the industry and the scientific and technological system, integrating the entire value chain of the sustainable mobility sector: automotive industry, energy operators, data and communication operators, and specialised service providers.
