Portuguese research and technological development were in the spotlight in July at two important national events: “Encontro Ciência 2025” and Innovate Tech 2025.

At the first, considered the benchmark event that celebrates and promotes the excellence of scientific production in Portugal, which took place from July 9th to 11th at the NOVA SBE Campus in Carcavelos, CeNTI had the opportunity to showcase advanced solutions and materials for application in various sectors, such as mobility, construction, energy, health, and well-being. Under the theme "Science, Innovation and Society", this initiative brought together renowned national and international scientists, entrepreneurs, representatives from public and private institutions, civil society organisations, and young researchers.

At Innovate Tech 2025, an event held in Lisbon and promoted by the Rede do Empresário (Businessman Network) on July 22nd, experts from various fields gathered to debate the main technological advances and innovation challenges, focusing on topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, cloud computing, and the future of work. Besides the exhibition space, where it shared success stories that combine efficiency and environmental responsibility, the Centre was part of the "Tech for Green: Sustainability Accelerated by Innovation" panel, alongside leading organisations.

These national participations reinforce CeNTI's position as a reference entity in technology and innovation, promoting disruptive approaches capable of effectively addressing the real needs of industry and society.
